Hey, so i don't have an eating disorder but i have OCD, which is also an anxiety disorder, so maybe some of these coping mechanism might help. Deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, listening to music (if you want specific artists just ask!), puzzles, exercising (i like to ride my bike), watching a movie or following a new tv show, mediation, mindfulness, reading, arts and crafts, coloring (sounds kiddish but it's a good distraction.
